Albert "Jits" Hobaugh II
Chaplain / Trainer
Biography
Albert "Jits" Hobaugh II is a man whose life story reads like a gripping saga of survival and determination. Growing up in the harsh "badlands" of Oklahoma, he faced challenges that would test the spirit of anyone. Yet, he emerged not only as a beacon of strength but also as a dedicated EMT-Paramedic in Oklahoma City and an elite US Army Ranger with the 75th Ranger Regiment. His journey continued as a distinguished federal law enforcement officer, confronting dangers on the front lines.
Throughout it all, Albert and his team faced the harrowing realities of chemical exposure leading to a cancer diagnosis. His own battles were no less daunting: a career-ending brain injury, struggles with PTSD, and suspected CTE presented overwhelming challenges. Yet, Albert’s story is not just one of hardship; it is a profound testament to faith, resilience, and the incredible power of the human spirit to adapt and thrive against all odds.
