First Reach Foundation
Guardian Training & Consulting Service has established a partnership with First Reach Foundation to provide programs to emergency responders aimed at alleviating the stigma associated with mental health in emergency services, enhancing the understanding of the indicators of mental distress, and equipping individuals with the essential tools and strategies needed to intervene effectively when they observe a peer in distress. The primary objective of this partnership is to disseminate these programs nationwide. Emergency responders often endure their struggles in silence; it is imperative to address this issue and promote a culture of support and awareness.
